Orders leave our US warehouse within 1 to 5 business days. After that, delivery time depends on the method chosen at checkout.
Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. If we cannot ship within the stated time we will contact you, and you may cancel for a full refund.

We ship internationally. International orders go by FedEx from our US warehouse and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination. Rates are set by shipment weight and destination zone.

Customs and import charges
All orders ship from our US fulfilment centres on Delivery Duties Unpaid terms. Customs duties or import fees may be charged on arrival. Those charges are set by your own country, are not collected by us, and are not included in the rates above.
Lost, damaged or incorrect orders
See our Refund policy. In short: we do not accept returns, but a damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect or undelivered order is refunded or replaced if you contact us within 30 days.
